Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Account registration is free of charge. 63win does not charge a fee for creating or maintaining a player account. However, payment processors and e-wallet providers such as GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside 63win's control.
All financial transactions on the 63win Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 63win supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 63win's discretion.
Deposits: Deposits are generally credited to your 63win account within minutes of a confirmed transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. 63win does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations. 63win reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending verification or investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
63win offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds will expire automatically.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 63win, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and game providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
63win's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 63win's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
63win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
We collect personal information including your name, date of birth, contact details, government-issued ID information, and financial transaction data for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, PAGCOR compliance reporting, fraud prevention, and customer support.
63win implements industry-standard SSL encryption and security protocols to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. Where the dispute falls within PAGCOR's regulatory jurisdiction, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights.
